Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of 3D Print Quote Estimator (the “Service”), run by Brayden(“we”). By using the Service you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use it.

2. What the Service does

The Service helps you estimate the cost of 3D printing jobs and produce PDF quotes for your customers. The calculator and slicer-file import are free. Each account can create 3 PDF quotes for free; after that, creating PDF quotes requires a paid subscription.

3. Accounts

• You sign in with your email address. Keep access to that inbox secure; anyone who can read it can sign in.
• Provide an accurate email address and use one account per person or business.
• Don’t create multiple accounts, use temporary email addresses, or otherwise work around the free-quote limit. We may limit, suspend, or remove accounts that do.

4. Subscriptions and payment

• Paid plans are $7 per month or $67 per year, plus any applicable tax shown at checkout.
• Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Your purchase is also subject to Lemon Squeezy’s terms.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal (“Manage” in the page header). After cancelling you keep paid access until the end of the period you already paid for.
• If a renewal payment fails, the payment provider will retry for a period. If it still fails, paid access ends.
• We may change prices. A change applies from your next renewal, and we will give you advance notice by email.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the Service. In particular, don’t:

• break the law or infringe anyone’s rights, including by uploading a logo you don’t have the right to use;
• probe, scrape, overload, or attempt to break or bypass the Service’s security or limits;
• resell or redistribute the Service itself.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of what you enter and upload (job details, logos, terms text) and of the PDF quotes you create. You give us permission to process that content only as needed to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for having the right to use it. See the Privacy Policy for how it is handled.

7. Estimates are your responsibility

The Service produces estimates from the numbers you provide. We don’t guarantee that a calculated price will cover your real costs or earn a profit; you decide what to charge. You are responsible for the accuracy of your inputs, for the prices you quote, for any taxes that apply to your sales, and for the terms you put on your quotes. The default terms text is a starting point, not legal advice; review it for your business.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service running but don’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue paid features you are paying for, we will offer a pro-rata refund of the unused period.

9. Termination

You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or misuse the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 7, 10, and 11) will survive.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

11. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t legally be limited, or your rights as a consumer under the law where you live.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Missouri, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the mandatory laws of the place where you live.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, email account holders. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
